2. SCOPE  
This Policy applies to data collected via the Honesty App (distributed through the Honesty website) and third-party logins (TikTok).  

3. DATA COLLECTION  
- Directly Provided:  
  * User-generated content (prompts, votes, group names).  
  * Device information (OS version, UUID via Expo Go).  
- From TikTok:  
  * User ID, username, and profile picture (no email or phone number).  

4. DATA USAGE  
We use data to:  
- Operate the App (streaks, groups, voting).  
- Moderate content under Delaware’s Defamation laws (Title 10, § 3901).  
- Comply with legal requests under Delaware’s Electronic Communications Privacy Act (Title 11, § 2401).  

5. DATA SHARING  
- Third Parties:  
  * TikTok: For login authentication (https://www.tiktok.com/legal).  
  * Expo Go: Crash reports and analytics (https://expo.dev/privacy).  
  * Google Cloud: Database hosting (US servers).  
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by Newark law enforcement (New Castle County Court orders).  

6. DATA RETENTION  
- Account Data: Stored until deletion. To delete, email aidenritchiecontact@gmail.com.  
- Backups: Removed within 60 days of deletion.  

7. SECURITY  
- Measures: Encryption (SSL), access controls, and Expo Go security tools.  
- Disclaimer: No system is 100% secure under Delaware’s Data Breach laws (Title 6, § 12B-101).  

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY  
- COPPA Compliance: We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Report violations to aidenritchiecontact@gmail.com.  

9. USER RIGHTS  
- Access/Deletion: Email requests to aidenritchiecontact@gmail.com.  
- Opt-Out: Disable TikTok login or delete your account.  

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS  
Data is processed in the U.S. By using the App, you consent to Delaware-based storage.  

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES  
- Expo Go: Collects device identifiers (https://expo.dev/privacy).  
- Google Gemini: Processes prompts but does not store data.  

12. CHANGES TO POLICY  
Updates become effective 30 days after in-App posting.
